If the thought of live, verbal tweeting doesn't have you hooked, there's going to live music by Bears of Manitou, a drink/concession stand, free snacks from Quiznos and La Bocca and coffee from Cartel Coffee Lab. There's even an after-party at Robbie Fox's Public House, just north of the theater.
Parking around Mill Avenue can be a mess, but there's a garage on Fifth Street and Forest avenue, which is free for the first hour and then really free after 6 p.m. There's also the Centerpoint surface lot (Fifth Street and Maple Avenue) that also grants the first hour free.
And if you're swamped, have stage fright, or can't face the thought of walking outside in the heat to your car, you can follow the Twitter hashtag #smdayphx and participate in the live feed that will show in the MADCAP lobby. SMAZ is also livestreaming the event online at www.socialmediaaz.org/smdayphx
