This week: The Adult Water at ROQ

With summertime comes more free time, and with more free time comes more time to, aha, sip cocktails poolside in lavish resort settings.

And psshh, who says we have to travel out of state to do that?

Located poolside at The Montelucia Resort and Spa in North Scottsdale is ROQ, an all outdoor American Bistro supplied with breathtaking mountain scenery and plenty of cool-down ~~cocktails~~ ROQtails.

The Adult Water is an ideal poolside beverage, complete with your choice of sparkling or flat water, fresh cucumbers and of course cucumber-infused vodka.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Crop Cucumber Infused Vodka
3 freshly sliced cucumber slices
2 oz. water (sparkling or flat)

Combine all ingredients in a plastic cup (no glass by the pool, people!) and fill with ice. Garnish with a cucumber and lime wedge. Feeling hydrated, skinny, and buzzed = ready to ROQ.
