Need some help finding something to do during the big three-day weekend? If hanging out with freaks and geeks at Phoenix Comicon or going on a manhunt during the Hot Dude Safari doesn't suit your fancy, there's plenty of other entertaining possibilities for fun and excitement.

Tempe Art a Gogh-Gogh @ Sail Inn:
Creativity will take on many forms at this monthly art extravaganza taking place starting at 6 p.m. tonight on the outdoor patio of the dope Tempe dive. Painter Matt Crux is planning to exhibit his canvases covered with psychedelic color schemes, while Dwayno Insano will be showing off his complex and cryptic black and white drawings that evoke the spirit of M.C. Escher. And the members of Capoeira Brasil Tempe will offer acrobatic and eye-pleasing dance moves during a stunning routine. The works of six other visual artists will also be on display and local bands and DJs are also scheduled to perform. Admission is $5.

Xtreme Measures @ Celebrity Theatre:
Professional wrestling is considered by many folks as nothing more than trashy escapism or lowbrow amusement for the uncultured masses. For others, however, it's a source of high-flying and hard-hitting entertainment that offers chills, thrills, and spills aplenty. Elite Xtreme Wrestling's Sunday night smackdown will undoubtedly offer such adrenaline-fueled theatrics as Val Venis, Derick Neikirk, and a dozen other groovy grapplers square off in eight different matches to determine who's the true lord of the ring. Bell time is at 8 p.m. and admission starts at $10.

Westward Ho II Car Show @ Arizona Biltmore Resort:
If you happen to overhear someone saying "nice woody" at this LGBT-oriented classic car show on Sunday afternoon, don't get offended or anything. No one's making any sort of salacious comment, but instead is likely complimenting a fellow auto enthusiast on their retro station wagon. Historic hot rods and cherry rides will be in abundance at this annual event organized by the local chapter of Lamba Car Club International, as will feature such vintage vehicles as primo Packards, Rolls Royce roadsters, and a number of the aforementioned station wagons. The show starts at 10 a.m. and admission is free.
