Holy crap. The internet tells us it's supposed to be under 110 degrees all weekend. That's as good as it's going to get for a while so get the hell out of your house and enjoy it.

Pat Benetar @ Changing Hands Bookstore
Sure, you have to buy her memoir to get an autograph (she's only signing
her book, folks, so don't even think about hauling in your vintage
vinyl or memorabilia from the 80s) but you can't bone out on the chance
to see one of the greatest female rock legends ever. She'll be at the store starting at 12:30 p.m.
on Saturday, July 24. Click here for more details.
Mad Men Party @ Mabel's on Main
Love Mad Men? So do we. It's glorious to imagine a time
when women were openly degraded in the workplace, everyone drove their
cars after long days of drinking, and ladies could smoke and booze it
all through nine months of pregnancy. The new season kicks off on Sunday night and Mabel's will host a party with a screening of the new episode, old-timey drink
specials and, of course, 1950s attire. Click here for
location details.
