Tracy Perkins says she launched her own vegan beauty product company after years of searching for soaps and products she could use -- guilt-free -- without breaking the bank.

Strawberry Hedgehog produces a variety of soaps in sweet mint, candy cane, and gingerbread scents (to name a few) -- though she changes up the line's look and smell depending on the season.

You may have spotted Perkins in the lineup for this year's Phoestivus and Crafeteria holiday markets in Phoenix. But if you miss those events, or have a few more soaps you'll need to pick up for the holidays, you're in luck -- she's opened a holiday pop-up.

The small set-up is in Mariposa Longhouse -- in the same building of her soap-making studio, east of Seventh Avenue on Mariposa, and across the street from the new 180 Degrees Automotive Shop.

She'll be selling her goods, as well as a collection of items from local artists and small businesses including vegan lip care, jewelry, accessories from Moderncat Studio, vegan makeup and non-toxic nail polishes.

She'll be at Mariposa Longhouse December 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Grab more details and updated product info on the Mariposa Longhouse Facebook page.
