This fall season, we're looking for any excuse to get outside and enjoy beautiful weather that doesn't have you dripping head-to-toe with sweat, à la Phoenix summers.

Take a stroll outside as the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix/Ro Ho En hosts the Otsukimi Moonviewing Festival. While the full-moon-watching event might seem perfect for the Halloween season, it’s also an ancient Japanese tradition that celebrates fall.
