Omaha indie rockers Cursive are winding their way through Tempe this spring, almost a year to the day since they last played The Valley. They will be playing with The Dear & Departed (aw, cute name!) and popular music band Alkaline Trio. This magical night of music will take place Tuesday, March 30, at Tempe's Marquee Theatre. While Cursive and Alkaline Trio have not all that much in common, their double-bill is sure to be an interesting one. I didn't want to declare Alkaline Trio as headliners, but from the looks of things, they most certainly are. I love how Cursive is just an afterthought in most announcements of this concert. I suppose we will just have to wait to see which band brings it the most on that fateful Tuesday night.

Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 day of. Online ticket sales have yet to be announced or else I would have posted some sort of link.
