In this week's issue of Phoenix New Times, we profile local pop singer Dawn Jameson (read the story here.) Since we last talked to the singer, Jameson has partnered with Lost Angels Foundation of Hope, a charity that raises awareness about child prostitution. She wrote a track for the foundation called "Lost Angels" and says she'll be donating lots of her time to the organization.
She also gave Up on the Sun an exclusive performance of her original song, "So Beautiful". She says, "This song was written to express the incredible feeling you get when a man looks at you with trusting and adoring eyes. It makes you feel like you are the only woman in the world to him, and in turn he is the only one for you.
