When you put your key in the ignition and turn on the radio, what station
would play right now?

KIIS. It gets me pumped up for my day while I am waiting for my Luci's coffee to kick in.

What's the first album you bought?

Another Bad Creation (Coolin' at the Playground Ya Know!). I did a suggestive dance routine to "Iesha" in the third grade.

What's the first concert you saw?

Willie Nelson with my parents -- because I am cool like that. However, the first concert ticket I ever purchased was to see Good Charlotte open for MxPx, long before their songs ever aired on the radio.

What's your favorite concert you've ever been to?

(Vans) Warped Tour 2001 -- 311. I was never really that into 311, but after seeing Nick Hexum perform, I was a believer. His voice was like a hot knife through butter.

What's the last song played on your music player? Ben Taylor and David Saw, "Digest" (unplugged) -- usually on repeat.

Preferred format: CD, vinyl, cassette, 8-Track or digital? Instant gratification generation -- downloading instantly to my iPhone!

What's your favorite album? Lostprophets, Start Something -- back from when I was a punk rocker.

Who is your favorite singer or band? Simple question, but hard to answer. I really love Pinback. In grad school, I played them on repeat when writing my masters thesis. The instrumental is amazing! However, I can't understand the words at all. Apparently, "Penelope" was written about a pet fish.

Does you computer track how many times you've played something -- if so, what's at the top of the list? Close call between Ryan Adams' "Wonderwall" and Jeff Buckley's "Last Goodbye.'

What was your favorite new or new-to-you album from 2010? Lissie, Catching a Tiger.

What one song would you play if you had a world-wide radio audience? Dustin Kensrue,  "I Knew You Before." There is something undeniably sexy about this song, and it has inspired me to take guitar lessons. I have the guitar. I just need to find the time and the teacher. One day.

Who is your favorite local artist? I haven't lived in the Valley long enough to get into the local music scene, but my extensive involvement in the bridal industry introduced me to my favorite DJs, Desert House Productions! They play every Sunday at the SideBar.

What is your favorite local venue to see music? Anyone who knows me knows I have an obsession with the Camelback Inn happy hour. Chips and guac paired with covers of my favorite music from high school.

What is your favorite music video? "Video Killed the Radio Star."
