Poison front-man and reality TV tart Bret Michaels is in an undisclosed Arizona hospital receiving treatment for a brain hemorrhage he suffered last week.
Michaels is reported to be in critical condition after he was diagnosed with hyponatremia, a condition that, because of a lack of sodium in the body, leads to seizures.
"Even though today was a minor setback, doctors remain hopeful for a full recovery," a representative wrote on Michaels' Facebook page last night. "Michaels remains under 24-hour observation in the ICU and is in positive spirits. He is responding well to tests and
treatments."
While Michaels' health may be on the minds of his fans and potential, Rock of Love suitresses, the folks at Proctor and Gamble are probably more concerned with one thing: His hair.
On April 1, Michaels and Pantene, a shampoo line owned by Proctor and Gamble, started a promotion they claim would create the first "reality hair star."
Michaels already has sold his C-list celebrity soul to the reality TV gods -- so a reality info-mercial for a shampoo company seems to be the logical progression.

Contestants are asked to mail in one-minute videos of themselves, detailing why they should be the first "reality hair star," and the winner will appear in a Pantene TV ad and gets tickets to see Michaels perform, as well as a ride on his tour bus.
The contest is scheduled to conclude on May 25, but Michaels' health issues may derail the crowning of the first "reality hair star."
Pantene issued a statement saying no decision has been made about Michaels' participation in the project, but "we wish him a speedy recovery, and we're certainly hoping for the very best."
