Sheriff Joe Arpaio's latest "employer sanctions operation"/illegal-immigrant roundup resulted in the arrest of about one-quarter of a Glendale small business' employees yesterday.
Sonoran Concrete was the small business raided in operation number 68, and 18 people were arrested for allegedly using false identifications, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

MCSO served the search warrant early yesterday, and deputies were looking for 20 employees who were "likely using false identifications to gain employment," according to the Sheriff's Office
The day before the raid, Sonoran Concrete had about 75 employees.
A former employee is credited with ratting out the company to the Sheriff's Office.
MCSO suspects all 18 people arrested of being in the country illegally, and six of those people were turned over to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Alleged criminals rounded up in the most recent MCSO employment operation include construction workers, Mexican restaurant workers, and patio-furniture repairmen.
Through 68 operations, 689 people have been arrested in MCSO's workplace roundups.
The 18 people arrested yesterday face identity-theft and forgery charges, MCSO says.
