Mesa woman was asleep in her bed when she heard some rocks being thrown at her window. Curious, she went outside to see what was going on -- and that's when her ex-boyfriend -- accompanied by his new girlfriend -- started shooting at her.

According to the Mesa Police Department, 18-year-old Zachary Massie and 19-year-old Candace Wallace were arrested for the shooting yesterday morning. Massie is the woman's ex-boyfriend.

The victim didn't get a look at the shooters, but she saw the car -- a white four-door sedan -- in which the two drove off.

Guess who drives a white four-door sedan...

Police received a lead that Wallace owned a similar vehicle to the one used in the getaway. They went to her house and found not only the car, but the handgun used in the shooting.

Police questioned the couple, who admitted to firing away at the victim's house.

Massie was booked on one count of discharging a firearm at an occupied structure. Wallace was booked on one count of disorderly conduct.
