Cops witnessed Watson driving recklessly near Prescott College on Grove Avenue before pulling her over, says the report. Once out of the vehicle, she began dropping f-bombs and screaming at the officers, then resisted their efforst to cuff her, kneeing one officer in the groin as he grabbed her purse.

Police had to restrain her legs to stop her from kicking a patrol car. Then, at the police station, Watson smiled and gave two thumbs-up during her mug shot.

Now she's made the news from New York to London -- she's a crime-news Cover Girl.
