Arizona Diamondbacks: The D-backs got banged up by the Oakland Athletics yesterday, losing 7-3. Mark Reynolds' juicy, new $14.5 million contract seems to be paying off because after signing the deal prior to the game, he hit his second home run of the spring.
Chicago Cubs: The Cubbies lost 7-3 to the Los Angeles Dodgers today as Manny got all "Manny" on the lovable Chi-town losers. Manny Ramirez hit a two-run home run in the first inning and even did something a little un-Manny: Play solid defense. Manny robbed Tyler Colvin of extra bases with a running catch at the base of the left field wall.
