We've got a pretty simple question to ask: How much do you love bacon? If your answer is something along the lines of, "A whole hell of a lot," then you might want to clear your plans for this weekend.

That's because this Saturday, the America Loves Bacon Festival will take over Rawhide Western Town. The traveling bacon-focused event will feature celebrity chefs, live music, bars -- and crazy-stupid amounts of cured pig products.

This Saturday, February 28 the American Loves Bacon Tour will go down from 1 to 7 p.m. Bacon lovers can look forward to food, drink, music, vendors, and more.

Musical entertainment will be provided by bands including Jared & The Mill, The Black Moods, Blackkiss, Rhea Markiaris, Rick Elliot and The Secondhand Smoke Band, Adam Esrick, and Carol Pacey and The Honey Shakers. Comedians Gregory Feller and Travis Thurman will also perform.

Most importantly, you can look forward to local food trucks and restaurants including Affogato, Bacon Jams, Big Red's Hot Sauce, Burgers Amore, buzz n bee, Centurion, Saffron Jak Original Stonebread Pizza, Traveling Monk, Two Fat Guys grilled cheese, Soroan Kettle Corn, and Bad Pickle Tees.

The America Loves Bacon menu also includes dishes such as Al Pastor bacon, bacon cotton candy, bacon doughnuts, bacon funnel cake, General Tso's bacon nuggets, jerk bacon, rootbeer bacon, tempura bacon with sauce, and more.

General admission to the festival costs $25 and includes five America Loves Bacon sampling tickets. VIP admission costs $70 and includes early enterance at 11:30 a.m. as well as 10 sampling tickets. Addtional sampling tickets will be available for purchase for $2 each.
