Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Charity Wine Tasting
Team "Sole" Mates will be hosting a charity wine tasting and buffet dinner at Ruffino's Italian Restaurant in Ahwatukee tonight starting at 5. Enjoy four flights of wine and a buffet of Italian favorites for just $35 per person which includes tax and gratuity. Proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer. Click here to RSVP.

Restaurant Week
Book your table at your favorite restaurant early for AZ Restaurant Week, which starts September 18th. This is your chance to sample some amazing cuisine from over 150 Phoenix and Tucson restaurants.. Each restaurant will offer a special three course meal for $29 or $39 per person. Visit their new website for a full list of participating restaurants and to reserve a table at your favorites.

National Milk Chocolate Day
Today is unofficially National Milk Chocolate Day. Not that we ever need an excuse to eat chocolate, but if it's milk chocolate's special day, we feel obligated. Whip up a batch of Milk Chocolate Cookies and grab a glass of ice cold milk and celebrate away.
