If you read Chow Bella, I have a feeling your priorities for New Year's Eve might revolve around seeking out a great meal. And trust me, I know what a pain it can be to figure out what your options are -- I am the queen of considering too many options. But once you get your hands on the menu, that's the fun part, right? Uh huh.
So here's a Cliff Notes-style rundown of links and downloads to what some of the Valley's more high-profile places are doing this New Year's Eve, compiled for your menu-reading pleasure...
Cork in Chandler is serving a five-course prix fixe ($75 for first seating, $95 for second seating).
Quiessence is offering four courses for the early seating ($75, 5:30 to 8 p.m.), and six courses for later seating ($125, 9 p.m. to after midnight) -- both include wine pairings.
NOCA is featuring a five-course prix fixe, $75, for seatings between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., and a six-course dinner, $100, for seatings between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Truffles and foie gras are optional add-ons (go for it!).
Kai wins the prize for biggest New Year's splurge -- a seven-course prix fixe for its early seating, $150, and a 12-course meal, $225, for its later seating.
A three-course dinner at Estate House is $79.
Canal is serving three courses for $55.

Christopher's five-course tasting menu includes smoked salmon with caviar, lobster pot a feu, seared scallops with black truffles, boneless rack of lamb with nicoise sauce and a selection of cheeses and desserts ($75 per person, $125 with wine pairings).

Cowboy Ciao is offering a three-course meal for $50.
Four courses at Trader Vic's will run you $70.
And last but certainly not least, Vincent's on Camelback is serving a $95 four-course dinner, along with a special a la carte menu.
