If you've missed the chef connection you were privy to during the Sanctuary's Lunch and Learn series this summer, you're in luck because the interactive format of the lunch is back with some big names during a special one-night-only dinner event on Friday, October 10. Obviously, chef Beau MacMillan of elements will be there, but he's also bringing some well known colleagues to the table to chat about all of their tricks of the trade, and we have the night's menu.

Enough with playing coy already-- chef Beau MacMillan will be joined by Mark Tarbell of Tarbell's and The Tavern as well as chef Lee Hillson of The Phoenician for a three-course, wine-paired meal and informative seminar. The event will give insight into the food and hospitality industry by sharing the know-how of these three seasoned culinary veterans.
Here's what you can expect to eat should you attend the 125 person cap event:
- Anson Mills polenta with house smoked parmesan and shaved squash
- Sous vide chicken breast with green chili mac and cheese, potato gratin, roasted tomato, and salsa verde
- Ginger beer cake with pumpkin ganache, vanilla bean crémeux, and pumpkin flax granola
The nighttime Lunch and Learn event (which is actually more like a Supper and Study, we suppose) will take place on Friday, October 10 at 6 p.m. in the resort's VIews Ballroom. To reserve your spot for this $95 (plus tax and gratuity) dinner, call the resort at 480-607-2300.
