Holiday Cooking Classes
It's not too late to brush up on your cooking skills to create something special for your family and friends for the holidays. The Arizona Biltmore is offering several holiday cooking classes this December. Everything from a Christmas eve cupcake class to a New Year's eve wine and cheese class. Classes cost anywhere from $25-$50 each and advance reservations are required. Call 602-381-7632 for more details.

Apple Strudel Pie
Food Co-Op Bountiful Baskets has been tempting us with a 36 lb. case of Honeycrisp apples for the past two week. Just what would one do with 36 lbs. of apples you ask, make pie of course! We really like the sound of the Apple-Cranberry Strudel Pie over at FatFree Vegan Kitchen. It's not exactly fat free but it's vegan, low sugar and low fat.
