Looks like Chick has lost what was left of its pluck -- permanently.

The second concept from Allen and Traci Thompson, owners of The Grind, and chef Bevin O'Neil, Chick Rotisserie & Wine Bar opened in mid-March of last year in the Arcadia Village shopping center on the southwest corner of Camelback and 40th Street.
But there may be plans to put this fowl-minded restaurant back into circulation.
As the name would suggest, Chick's menu played heavily on rotisserie chicken but also offered pork, ribs, duck, brisket, and prime rib seasoned with O'Neil's signature sauces and glazes. Additional items included salads, sandwiches, and soups as well as O'Neil's homemade cinnamon rolls, buttermilk cheese biscuits, and pies.
Arika Rouillard, manager at Chick's next-door-neighbor, The Grind, tells me the Thompsons may try and relocate Chick to another location, but that she had no further information.
Stay tuned for details.
