Phoenix Base Camp
This week, our favorite Bend, Oregon beer brewers, Deschutes, brings Beer Fanatic Base Camp to Phoenix. Base Camp is Deschutes' way of saying thanks to everyone who has supported their beers over the years and hopefully, to make a few new friends along to way. Deschutes will be bringing their giant brewery barrel on wheels, Woody, with them to bring joy to various events in Tempe and Phoenix. Base Camp kicks off today with a tasting at Total Wine & More in Tempe from 2-5 p.m., then moves the party to Taste of Tops for a special tasting featuring The Lost Barrels of Mirror Mirror and The Abyss '08.
