There was already plenty of excitement about the opening of FnB, a collaboration between Pavle Milic, Peter Kasperski, and chef Charleen Badman, since it opened in Scottsdale a little over a month ago.

Now, they're keeping up the momentum with a revised menu and an attention-getting wine list featuring all Arizona wines (aside from a sparking wine from New Mexico).

Milic says he's thrilled with the response he's gotten so far.

"It's great to see how the community is really excited to embrace local wines," he says.

The list reads like a greatest hits of what's going on in the state's burgeoning wine industry, with selections from Dos Cabezas, Page Springs Cellars, Pillsbury, Callaghan, Cimarron, Arizona Stronghold, and Canelo Hills.

Meanwhile, Badman (pictured, right) has created an appealing menu of rustic, wine-friendly dishes like roast jidori chicken with spaetzle, wild mushrooms, and new garlic; braised leeks with mozzarella, mustard bread crumbs, and a fried egg; and sweet squash ravioli with horseradish and almonds. Here's the complete menu:
