The 41st Dinner
We just got word that tickets go on sale for Four Peaks' 41st Beer Dinner today at 10 a.m. We got a sneak peak at the menu and all we have to say is "wow". It sounds good right off the bat with seared scallops with roasted corn, cashews, scallions and fresh cilantro served over heirloom tomato carpaccio and their seasonal ML209. Continue with bacon wrapped almond stuffed date salad and a buffalo tenderloin topped with stout cocoa sauce and a soft-poached quail egg served with purple potato hash with grilled asparagus and a Kiltlifter and don't forget to save room for the fresh berry empanada with lemon cheesecake ice cream and a cold Arizona peach ale. The dinner is going down at Four Peaks' North Scottsdale location July 26th at 7 p.m. $65 ++ per person. Tickets on sale at both locations.
Deconstructed Chicken Salad
Looking for a simple healthy meal to make this week? Check out Suzie Banks recipe for baked chicken breasts with grape, cucumber and tarragon salad. Normally we mix all of these ingredients into an unhealthy mayo mess and throw on a piece of bread, but we like this hot and healthy idea much better.
