The third annual Chandler Craft Spirits Festival will celebrate all things craft and boozy in downtown Ocotillo from 4 to 9 p.m. this Saturday. Attendees can expect to sip samples from distilleries including Deep Eddy, AZ Distilling Co., and Rising Sol. Booze lovers can also enjoy cocktails such as The Living Room's Chili Mango, a libation made with citrus vodka, mango puree, jalapeno simple syrup, and cayenne pepper served in a martini glass. Bartenders Travis Nass of CaskWerk's Distillery and Jade Bar at the Sanctuary's Eddie Garcia will also be on hand to demo their drink-making skills. General admission tickets cost $40. Phoenix Fermenters Festival

This Saturday Phoenix is getting its first Fermenters Festival — aka a chance to learn about the awesomeness of organic and fermented foods. Attendees can learn more about the benefits of bone broth, the virtues of fermented foods, and the healing properties of organics. Guests also can watch a demonstration on how to make kombucha and purchase products from local food vendors. The festival runs from 2 to 6 p.m. and will be held at the North Phoenix Baptist Church at 5757 North Central Avenue. General admission tickets cost $22.09. One-Year Anniversary of Goldwater Brewing Company

Scottsdale's Goldwater Brewing Company is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a beer-filled party this weekend. Gertrude's Debuts New Spring Menu

Gertrude's, the restaurant at the Desert Botanical Garden, has unveiled its new spring menu items. Look forward to lighter fare such as smoked tofu served with a curry salt and tomato condiment sauce, in addition to swordfish topped with tamarind-bacon vinaigrette and walnut tapenade.
