Healthy Cooking Class
Brush up on your vegetarian cooking skills with self proclaimed "Kitchen Shaman" Johnna Gale this Sunday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  at Luci's Healthy Marketplace.  The shaman will be demonstrating a few special southwestern style veggie dishes including  red chili tofu tacos and roasted veggie enchiladas. You can't have tacos and such without Mexican rice, black beans, calabacitas, guacamole, roasted salsa, and cilantro sour cream right? Of course not, that would be silly, so you're also going to learn how to make each from scratch. Aguq Fresa will be served along with a secret dessert. $49.99 per person. Classes are limited call 602-773-1339 to reserve your seat.

Poptails!

Later jello shots, we've found a new booze filled treat. Poptails! Endless Simmer has been crankin' a few delicious sounding frozen cocktails like apple whiskey sour, cantaloupe and kiwi daiquiri, and honeydew cucumber margarita. Finally a reason to put those popsicle trays to use. Check out all of the poptail recipes here
