Fox Restaurant Concepts, a culinary tour de force in the Valley since 1998, is preparing to launch its biggest project to date. Located on 7th Street a few blocks south of Bethany Home Road, The Yard will be like a backyard, front porch, living room, and kitchen all rolled into one. Two Fox restaurants, Culinary Dropout and Little Cleo's Fish House and Oyster Bar, will open side by side, and the complex will also include a coffee shop and retail stores.

Sound like a place where you'd like to work? Get your résumé ready now because you won't be the only one looking for a job on Monday, January 14, when Culinary Dropout will be holding a job fair at 5632 N. 7th Street in Central Phoenix. In fact, they're expecting so many applicants that the search will continue the following two days. All you need to do is show up with your winning personality and completed job application between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, or 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday or Wednesday, January 15 and 16.

There are 75 positions to be filled at the second Culinary Dropout location in the Valley (the restaurant is also in Las Vegas), including servers, bartenders, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, and fans of lawn games. Prime candidates are those with industry experience who are passionate about food, drink, and customer service. Other key attributes include enjoying spending off-hours cooking/bartending or talking about it, working with style and finesse, regularly requesting time off to play shows or go to concerts, and being a regular at knife shops, concert venues, bars and restaurants, vintage clothing stores, First Friday events, and cooking clubs.
