Chef and restaurateur Aaron May is bringing Over Easy, his place of classic breakfast eats with a contemporary twist, to two Southeast Valley neighborhoods.

With restaurants currently in Arcadia and North Scottsdale, Over Easy will open two more locations in Mesa and Gilbert.

The Mesa Over Easy will be at 6451 East Southern Avenue (near the Superstition Springs Center) and the Gilbert location will be at 211 East Warner Road (Warner and Gilbert).

An associate at the Over Easy in Arcadia says the two new locations are expected to open by mid-November.
