Earlier this month, we shared the news that the Valley's homegrown grilled cheese mobile was under new ownership and getting geared up to hit the road again.

And it didn't take long -- lucky for those melted-cheese fanatics out there -- for the new owners to get things ready to go. You can find the duo and their bright blue truck serving up sandwiches as of right . . . now.

According to one of the new owners, the Paradise Melts truck is rolling out to community events and various locations around the Valley. Though they don't have a set schedule yet, you can see all their upcoming events on the Paradise Melts website by checking out their calendar.

On Saturday, March 2, you'll find them at Yelp's Western Adventure at Fort McDowell Adventures.

Their menu features a selection of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches including a French onion grilled cheese complete with cognac and veal demi-glace caramelized onions and Gruyere cheese. They offer a build-your-own option for the creative minds out there and (because you can't eat a grilled cheese without it) they also seasonal tomato soup.
