When it comes to giving our brains something else to do this summer besides think about how crazy hot it is, award-winning chef Beau MacMillan of the Scottsdale resort, Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain, is bringing back his popular Lunch & Learn series with lots of opportunities to hook up with a culinary master, wine maker, or TV celebu-chef for a little cooking and camaraderie.

With heavy hitters like Robert Irvine from Food Network's Dinner: Impossible and Restaurant: Impossible, Master Chef Marcus Samuelsson, and local celebu-chefs Aaron May and chef Michael DeMaria of Heirloom restaurant, Beau Mac's tenth year of Lunch & Learn events, which take place on Saturdays in July and August and include a three-course lunch (or dinner) paired with wine or cocktails, cooking lessons, and recipes to take home, looks to be his best yet.

The series starts this Saturday with the Borjorquez family of the restaurant Trocadero in Nogales, Mexico.

Check out the full schedule after the jump.
