After closing in April, Sol Diablo Cantina in Tempe has reopened for business -- this time under a new owner: Luis Millan, a local entrepreneur and restaurateur. Millan brings substantial experience in the restaurant industry to the table, including time as the executive chef for Canteen Modern Tequila, as well as the sous chef for Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Along with the new owner comes a complete renovation and an updated menu with dishes such as Skirt Steak Carne Asada and ten different kinds of tacos.
