Tickets Are on Sale Now for Eight's Great FoodFest in Peoria Next Month

What do you get when you combine local restaurants, cooking demonstrations, and an appearance from one of Arizona's best-known chefs?

The answer: Eight's Great FoodFest, a first-time event hosted by Arizona PBS this fall. 

The all-you-can-eat-and-drink sampling event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 1, at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria. It replaces Eight's Great GrillFest, which was was held in Peoria for the last two years but is not happening this season. 

The FoodFest promises food samples from more than 12 local restaurants, as well as wine and beer tastings, live cooking demonstrations, live music, and the chance to meet-and-greet with local chefs. One of the headlining names is James Beard award-winning chef Robert McGrath, also the host of the Arizona PBS series Check, Please! Arizona, who will share some of his culinary techniques on the SubZero/Wolf Stage.

Tickets, which are all-inclusive, cost $30 per person and can be purchased online
