Four Peaks Brewing Company Tuesday, October 29

Arizona's craft beer lovers can celebrate the release of Brewing Arizona: A Century of Been in the Grand Canyon State this Tuesday at Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe. The 360-page book features hundred of illustrations and and historical information about the breweries and saloons of the southwest. From 6 to 8 p.m. participate in a book discussion and signing and hear live music from the Los Thieves. The event is free and open to the public. Luci's Healthy Marketplace Wednesday, October 30

Being a gluten-free eater doesn't mean you have to miss out on all the sweet treats the Halloween holiday affords. This Wednesday Luci's Healthy Marketplace is hosting a Halloween-themed cooking class where attendees can learn to make gluten-free Halloween dishes such as Edible Cookie Graveyards and Sausage Stuffed Mini Pumpkins. Everyone will take home a gluten-free goodie bag at the end of the event and the best-dressed kid will win a $25 gift card in a costume contest. The class will be from 5 to 7 p.m. and costs $29.99 for adults and $15 for children. Sign up online.

Petite Maison Thursday, October 31 to Sunday, November 3

Scottsdale's Petite Maison restaurant is bringing back their Halloween Offal menu for the fourth time this year. The one-of-a-kind menu will be available from Thursday, October 31 through Sunday, November 3 and includes three courses plus an amuse bouche and dessert. The Four Season's FS Taste Truck Tuesday, October 29 through Sunday, November 3

The Four Seasons food truck, FS Taste Truck, will be in the Valley this week as it travels around the west coast, making stops in a total of eight cities. On Wednesday you can catch the truck serving a dinner menu of food inspired by the resort's Proof restaurant at the Phoenix Ale Brewery from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday night will bring the truck to Scottsdale's Food Truck Caravan from 6 to 9 p.m. to serve pulled pork and pork-inspired eats.
