A last-minute change of venue couldn’t dampen the energy and atmosphere of Phoenix Lights 2017, one of the Valley’s biggest electronic dance music festivals of the year. Just ask the folks from Relentless Beats, the local promoter behind the event, who spent a busy 48 hours moving the festival from its original location at Margaret T. Hance Park to Rawhide Event Center in Chandler, or the thousands of EDM fans who flocked to the festival on Saturday, April 8, and Sunday, April 9, for the two-day event, which featured a slew of high-profile DJs, producers, and dance music artists.
