Authority Zero lead singer Jason DeVore will celebrate the debut CD release of The Bollox, his Irish punk-rock side project, with two St. Patrick's Day performances on Tuesday, March 17.
The band will play two sets - at 2:30 p.m. and at 4 p.m. - at Mesa's The Tilted Kilt for this free show and then later that night at downtown Scottsdale's Martini Ranch for a 21-and-older performance. The band will have their CD available at both gigs.

Authority Zero will hit the road with punk-rockers Pennywise and Pepper for a Jagermeister tour kicking off in May. Before the band joins their friends on tour, the AZ punk-rock act will perform at Tempe's Marquee Theatre Friday, April 3 for a headlining show. The show will start at 8 p.m. and tickets are $19.

It seems like almost everyone in Authority Zero have a side project or two going on these days. Case in point: Authority Zero guitarist Zach Vogel and bassist D.J. Farmer play in the party rock band R.A.D. According to the guys MySpace page, R.A.D. "has been around forever" and their goal is to play "fun music you can dance and party to."
