The Flanched Flarney Garney at Phoenix Public Market

This giant breakfast sandwich includes bacon, mayonniaise, avocado, cheddar cheese, and scrambled egg on a soft breakfast bun. The Five Spot at Matt's Big Breakfast

Matt's is an often-crowded breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Phoenix that's well-known in part from its appearance on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. The restaurant's popular "Five Spot" sandwich is the first item on the menu, and is about as classic you can get when it comes to breakfast sandwiches. It consists of American cheese, egg, grilled onions, and two slices of Matt's famous thick bacon on a large roll. Just be prepared to wait if you visit on the weekends; the restaurant doesn't take reservations, and there's often a crowd of people waiting outside.

B.E.L.T. at Postino Wine Cafe

This breakfast sandwich consists of applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, scrambled egg, and dijonnaise. And while it's a more expensive breakfast sandwich than most at nearly $10, you get what you pay for at Postino Wine Cafe. The sandwich is generously sized and all of the flavors work well together making this the perfect combo of a breakfast sandwich and a classic B.L.T. Plus, the Postino has a great brunch vibe, and you get a cup of fruit on the side. Just beware that this sandwich is only available during Postino's weekend brunch.
