Little Cleo's Who doesn't want to start off their Easter with a little seafood? At Phoenix's Little Cleo's, you'll get a breakfast buffet, which includes their "Colossal Shellfish Bar" featuring fresh oysters, smoked salmon, snow crab, and poached shrimp. The rest of the menu consists of everything from braised short rib to lump crab benedict, and desserts of strawberry corn cake and buttermilk pie. The meal costs $60 per person, includes a glass of champagne, and is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter.
T. Cook's As far as variety goes, T. Cook's is one of the only restaurants in the Valley offering both a buffet and a prix-fixe menu for Easter brunch. For the prix-fixe, $75 gets you a three-course meal, complete with options such as eggs Benedict, an Arizona wheat berry salad, and passion fruit Peeps. The buffet consists of everything from leg of lamb and crab claws to a waffle station and banana coconut trifles. Both meals require reservations and run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Garden Court From 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Easter, the restaurant inside of the Scottsdale Plaza Resort will be serving up a special buffet. If the standard prime rib and ham carving stations aren't enough for you, there'll also be a paella station and several entrees, including the resort's signature Monte Cristo and baked penne alfredo. Reservations are required, and the buffet costs $58 per person.
Taggia For $60 per person, Taggia's brunch buffet will provide a wide range of both hot and cold options, all with their signature Italian styling. The food includes everything from smoked salmon and caprese salad to pancetta and baked scalloped potatoes. Brunch goes from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., and includes your choice of a bellini, mimosa, or bloody mary.
Rusconi's The three-course prix-fixe menu at Rusconi's will give you plenty of options for Easter brunch, whether you're looking for breakfast or lunch. Appetizers like spring tomato red pepper bisque and a warm strawberry and mascarpone crepe lead the way for dishes like apple glazed pork tenderloin and a special Easter quiche. The whole things is wrapped up with dessert, costs $49 per person, and runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The Gladly If you're looking for some entertainment with your brunch, head over to the Gladly, where there'll be live music from a local musician while you eat your brunch. At $45 per person, the three-course menu consists of special seafood dishes such as lobster and shrimp bisque, lobster eggs Benedict, Scottish salmon, and dark chocolate and crushed toffee s'mores. Reservations aren't required, but are highly recommended.
Paul Martin's American Grill If you want to keep your brunch a bit on the lighter side of things, $16 gets you three courses and a beverage at Paul Martin's. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., the menu consists of a plate of biscuits, bowl of fruit, and choice of an entree. Some of the featured entrees include french toast, eggs Benedict, and a gluten-free bacon omelet. Guests will also receive a $10 gift card (one per table) for a future visit.
ZuZu Starting at 6 a.m. on Easter, ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho will be serving up brunch specials to go with their annual egg hunt. Until 3 p.m., you'll be able to enjoy dishes such as a pecan sticky bun ($6) and their special Maryland Benedict dish ($16), with the bloody mary and mimosa bar opening at 9 a.m. Zuzu will also have dinner specials, such as stuffed leg of lamb ($30), cauliflower soup ($8), and coconut cream pie ($8).
Palm Court Inside of the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center, the Palm Court restaurant will combine a rich Easter brunch with live entertainment. Phoenix City Grille Every Sunday, Phoenix City Grille dishes out a luxurious brunch menu. Easter will be no different. With Mexican classics like chilaquiles ($12) and beef tostadas ($12) as well as four different kinds of eggs Benedicts, breakfast-lovers of all kinds will be pleased with the offerings. There'll also be a crust-less quiche ($8) on the menu, and several other options.
Los Sombreros If you're in the mood for Mexican food on Easter, Los Sombreros provides a solid and affordable option. At only $24.95 per person, the three-course meal presents one of the best values on this list. It starts off with a pork pozole, with an entree of chilaquiles, chicken topped with an egg, and rice and beans, and then closes with a Bailey's or Kahlua flan.
Elements If you want to spend a holiday at Elements in Sanctuary, you have to be willing to break open the wallet. It'll be well worth it, but Easter is no exception. For $80 ($90 with sparkling wine), you'll have access to a menu full of dishes like lobster bisque, foie gras, BBQ shrimp 'n' grits, Korean fried chicken, and much more. The fixed menu is available 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., and there'll also be a $65 buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Gertrude's While there are only a few Easter specials at Gertrude's, they should be plenty to make the day special. With hot cross buns ($8), smoked and pickled herring ($22), lamb ($28), and ham ($24) all available only on Easter, you won't leave hungry. The specials are available all day, with the regular brunch and dinner menus as well.
Flower Child There's not necessarily a special menu at Flower Child on Easter, but if you're looking for a deal, it might be the place to go. The healthy restaurant will be giving away free treats to the first 100 people who eat there on Easter, and four of those guests will win their grand prizes for the day, family-style to-go meals worth $75 each.
Pink Pony The regular menu will be available at Pink Pony, but there will also be four food specials specifically for Easter Sunday.
