Arizona Distilling Company Wednesday, December 3

Last Friday Arizona Distilling Company, based in Tempe, released two new -- and highly anticipated -- spirits: Park Rye and Humphrey's Whiskey. The former is the first rye whiskey ever distilled in Arizona and is named after the state's first distillery, which was founded in 1864. The latter is the product of a first-of-its-kind collaboration between the distillery and Four Peaks Brewery. Made using 80 percent malted barley and 20 percent flaked rye, the spirit is "an extraordinarily smooth whiskey" named for the largest peak in Arizona. Both spirits are available for purchase at the Arizona Distilling Company distillery in Tempe. For more information visit the Arizona Distilling Company website.
