Lunch at Pink Pony Today

Starting today the Pink Pony in Scottsdale will be open at 11:30 a.m. for lunch daily. Chef Stephen K. Eldridge's lunch menu includes a selection of starters, salads, and sandwiches such as the Achiote Chicken Sandwich ($11) with grilled chicken , coleslaw, Jack cheese, avocado, and bacon on a toasted brioche bun. Other options will include braised and wood roasted beets with Marcona almonds, mascarpone, and maple and sherry vinaigrette; cornmeal crusted calamari with arugula, pickled onion, and lemon aioli; and bison, beef, pork, and bacon meatloaf served with griddled country bread, poblano mole, buttermilk onion rings, and fried potatoes. Crepe Stand at The Farm at South Mountain Saturday, December 27

Every Saturday and Sunday Quiessence chef Dustin Christofolo and his team will be serving up sweet and savory crepes in front of Morning Glory Cafe at The Farm at South Mountain. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. you'll be able to order from a small menu of crepes that will change often and seasonally. Along with the food, look forward to a a small selection of Arizona beers and wines that will be pulled from the Quiessence lists. Past featured crepes have included a house smoked brisket crepe with local tepary bean spread, pickled veggies and pico de gallo, dijonaise, arugula, and queso fresco and a caramelized apple crepe with roasted granny smith apples, honey gastrique, and crunchy peanut butter.

Winter Cocktail Menu at Bar Crudo Saturday, December 27

Head to Bar Crudo to try one of 14 new cocktails introduced on the bar's winter cocktail menu. The new creations include Hans & Frans ($11) a hot cocktail made with Averna, Krogstad Aquavit, amontillado sherry, and mulled apple cider and the s'mores-inspiried Graham Cracker Wild, which comes with a playful side snack. For rum lovers, there's also the Crazy Eights, a well-balanced blend of Bacardi 8 Rum, Smith & Cross Rum, Galliano, lime, orange, honey, falernum, and allspice dram. The winter cocktail menu will be available through February 21, 2015 when Bar Crudo will roll out a new menu to celebrate end of the 2015 Arizona Cocktail Week.
