Join Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails during its three-chef Canadian whisky collaboration dinner. Blue Hound's Chef Sean Currid, along with Chef Massimo de Francesca (Taggia) and Matt Taylor (Gertrude's) are joining forces to bring diners a four-course dinner with cocktail pairings by bartender Stephanie Teslar. Beginning at 6 p.m., courses incuding Foie Gras with smoked blueberry butter, funnel cake, maple meringue, ice wine gelee, and spiced whisky jus will be served alongside a polar ice cap cocktail.
