Chompie’s is commemorating Passover with a special dine-in menu on Monday, April 10, and Tuesday, April 11. The dinner includes soup, a starter, a choice of traditional entrees, sides, and a dessert.
Diners can dig into plates like half-roasted chicken with savory Passover stuffing, braised brisket of beef with gravy, steelhead salmon filet, and roasted turkey breast with Passover stuffing and gravy. Seating for Chompie’s Passover dinner is from 5 p.m. to close. The dinner costs for $32.95 for adults and $14.95 for children. Reservations are recommended. During this week, guests can enjoy a special menu of greatest hits featuring the five top-selling dishes and cocktails over the past five years. Crudo's throwback cocktails will cost $5 each. Diners can enjoy options like Modest Monk, featuring grappa, chartreuse, honeydew, basil, and lime. Offered nightly from 5 to 10 p.m., the food menu will feature the following dishes: albacore crudo (green apples, black garlic), dumplings, mushroom gratin, squid ink risotto, and short rib. On Saturday, April 15, attendees of 98KUPD's Sabroso Craft Beer, Taco, and Music Festival powered by hot sauce company Gringo Bandito can enjoy live music, tacos, and plenty of craft beer. Dig into tacos from places like Chronic and Baja Grill in addition to beer from spots like Wren House, McFate Brewing, Uncle Bear's Brewery, and The Beer Research Institute while you listen to bands like The Offspring. Attendees can enjoy complimentary craft beer samples until 4 p.m. The festival is from 1 to 10 p.m. General admission tickets cost $49 per person and provide up to 30 three-ounce craft beer tastes.
