As punishing and relentless as a Phoenix summer, Amy Bouzaglo, the high-strung owner of Amy's Baking Company in Scottsdale, is back in the news with more tales highlighting her and husband Samy's (who's still up for deportation) tenuous grasp on reality.
This time, Amy's target is Miranda (last name unknown), the former waitress who appeared on the infamous Kitchen Nightmares season finale.

The website International Business Times reports that a week following the disastrous Kitchen Nightmares airing of Amy's Baking Company in May, Miranda was interviewed by the Phoenix radio station Mix 96.9, to whom she said that Samy accused her of "stealing a tip" given to her by a customer:
"So I was taking them [tips], of course, because legally that's my money, and he [Samy] accused me of taking it, stealing his money. That's what he said to me. He came to me like in my face, yelling at me, 'Give me my money, give me my money!'"
"And I just looked at him in anger and told him, 'It's not your money.' I yelled at him and screamed at him. It was five dollars. Five dollars and he made a huge scene about it like it's the end of the world. So I threw it at him and I walked out. And that's the end of it."
Naturally, Amy took issue with the statement and, last week,entertainment news and gossip website Radar Online obtained a surveillance video from the restaurant showing an exchange between Miranda and Samy.
There's no audio, so who the hell knows what's happening, but at the end of the video, Amy can be heard saying:
""Here! She had it in her pocket. Fucking bitch threw it right there. That's all I need for the police! That's it, she's going to jail, this little bitch!"
Radar Online goes on to say that the Bouzaglos will not file charges against Miranda who, at the time of her employment at Amy's Baking Company, allegedly signed an outrageous 20-rule contract that stated that "any and all 'tips' are property of the house."
The Bouzaglos' confiscation of their servers' tips was a hot button on Kitchen Nightmares, and Amy and Samy since have changed their tip policy.
