Gather round the communal table as Chef Ehren teaches you the ways of the beautiful, nutritious beet by making a lovely roasted beet salad with goat cheese and arugula; beets carpaccio with fresh burrata; and almonds, and a colorful beet risotto perfect for your holiday table.
