BLT Steak Dinner with Patz & Hall

Make your reservations for this Thursday's Patz & Hall Wine Dinner at the Camelback Inn's BLT Steak. The exotic five-course meal features unique dishes such as a Acorn Fed Pork Rillette with Preserved Meyer Lemon Mustard, Kumquat Scented Risotto with Monkfish, Maine Lobster and Rocket Arugula, Crispy Skate Wing with Rock Shrimp Sausage, Grass Fed Rib Eye and Mandarin Chocolate Cake for dessert. All courses will be served with complimenting wine from Patz & Hall and winery owner Donald Patz will be in attendance. $95++ per person. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. Seating is limited. Call 480-905-7979

Stuffed Cookies
How do you make an Oreo cookie better? Stuff it inside another cookie, duh. Wrap your Oreos with gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough and you have yourself a batch of Chocolate Choreos. Maybe we'll try this out with a couple boxes of girl scout cookies. Lemon Chalet sugar cookies anyone?
