We must admit it. Chow Bella has quite a crush on Bonfire Grill.

Every one of us who's paid a visit can't wait to return -- and now there's no reason to wait, with a pretty incredible sounding beer dinner this Tuesday, December 6 at 6 p.m., in partnership with O'Dell Brewing Co.

Reservations are required and the pricetag's relatively low, just $40 for four courses. And there will be live music.

1ST COURSE: STEAMED CLAMSWITH ARIZONA TOAST
beer steamed clams, scallion bacon broth, green chiles
EASY STREET WHEAT BEER

2ND COURSE: PECAN WOOD FIRED JALAPENO POPPERS
skewered, with tenderbelly bacon, goat cheese, and marscapone
ODELL IPA BEER

3RD COURSE: BRAISED SHORT RIBS
truffle and parmesan mashed potatoes, beer onions, carmelized cabbage
90 SCHILLING BEER

4TH COURSE: BONFIRE CHOCOLATE CAKE
grilled strawberry sauce, chocholate shavings, banana ice cream
