We caught Cora talking about diver scallops on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" last night on the Food Network, and it got us wondering:

What's the best thing you ever ate?

Tell us in 250 words or less. Be sure to include all the juicy details, including the name of the dish, the name of the eating establishment and how we can find it.
