Christopher's and Crush Lounge, the Biltmore Fashion Park restaurants of James Beard Award-winning chef Christopher Gross, have always been spots to score top-notch French-inspired eats.

And last week, Gross added a couple of more ways for fans to nosh: a new menu of petites bouchées (little bites) at Crush Lounge and daily specials at Christopher's for $19.
Here's what diners can expect.
Gross' new menu (see below) for his wine-centric bistro, Crush Lounge, features a selection of petites bouchées. Decidedly share-friendly, dishes include calamari tempura dusted with chipotle ($10), a roasted rabbit salad ($10), and a sauteed frog leg ($3) with garlic butter (yes, you can buy a single frog leg for three bucks).
The inspiration for the menu, Gross says, "is from a place in Paris that was a stand-up bar that served tapas-like French food with lots of wines by the glass. Since we have about 70 or so, I thought it would be fun."
For his chic restaurant, Christopher's, Gross tells me he wanted to something different as well as value-friendly. The result: nightly, $19 specials of classic French favorites like pigs feet with mustard sauce, boudin noir (blood sausage) with red wine, and fish and seafood stew.
