CLOSED: Rock-N-Roll Fingers in Tempe
Rock-N-Roll Fingers, the Valley's only locally owned spot specializing in chicken fingers of the fresh-not-frozen kind, has shuttered.
Located in Tempe, at the southeast corner of Broadway and Rural Roads, Rock-N-Roll Fingers opened in January of 2005 courtesy of husband-and-wife team Amy and Adrian Moghina.
Adrian, a tennis pro and, according to wife Amy, a "chicken finger freak," made chicken fingers a staple at the restaurant, using all-white pieces of meat, breading them by hand, and golden-frying them to order. A choice of dipping sauces were available as well, including Adrian's signature sauce made from a "closely held secret recipe."
