Tonight, Kazimierz/Cowboy Ciao Owner/resident wine master, Peter Kasperski, and Acme Wine Marking owner, Jim Kopp, battle it out during Cowboy Ciao's epic Sommelier Throwdown. Five expertly crafted courses will be paired up with ten specially selected wines for your adventurous palette to scrutinize. It's your call whether the home team or the visitor comes out on top. One look at the menu and it's a little more then obvious who the ultimate winner will be --- YOU! Seared sea scallops with corn/coconut cream sauce and fried pork cheeks start off the menu which is finished off with a particularly eye-catching dessert. $65++ per person. Off With Their Heads!
Poor little peeps. Some extraordinarily cruel individual thought it was a good idea to cut off the heads of innocent marshmallow peeps and do the unthinkable --- put them on a cake pop. (Can someone please put a stop to these horrid things?) Some of you may think these Peeps Cake Pops are adorable and may, in fact, even try it yourself as a fun Easter treat. That's fine, we suppose, but at least put all those peep bodies to good use by turning them into Peeps Pull-Apart Bread.
