Every second Tuesday of the month, Bluewater Grill on Camelback offers a special dinner for seafood lovers to try out seasonal fresh fish trends. This months dinner is a Traditional Midwestern Fish Fry. The fish fry tradition, commonly celebrated on Fridays, originated in Wisconsin by Catholics who observed "Meatless Fridays". Tuesday, September 14th get your fill of fried fish with a platter of fried Walleye, Yellow Perch, and Smelt. Served with a beet salad with Wisconsin goat cheese, seasoned baby potatoes, slaw, and an endless supply of Bluewater's beloved sourdough bread. The meal is made complete with beer from Chippewafalls, WA or a glass of house chardonnay. All this for only $26.95 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 602- 277-FISH (3474).
