Our expert chef Carol Blonder has a few ideas for you in this weeks Ask the Chef. Or try our favorite, Thanksgiving Cupcakes. Layer stuffing, turkey and mashed potatoes in a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes then top with gravy, a couple green beans and a cranberry. Serve hot.
